How Delivery Works

Delivery is solely based on buyer-seller negotiation. Buyers and sellers decide courier method, timelines, meetup or drop-off terms, and delivery cost directly.

EliselGh does not provide delivery logistics and has nothing to do with delivery fees. Delivery charges are not set, billed, or controlled by the platform.

Before You Pay

  • - Confirm item condition, accessories, and warranty details.
  • - Agree on delivery method, delivery fee, and expected timeline.
  • - Keep all agreements in chat for clear records.
  • - Prefer escrow for higher-risk or high-value transactions.

Returns & Refunds for Escrow Payments

If an escrow order has a valid issue, you can raise a complaint through platform support. When return conditions are met, the product can be returned and your refund may be processed after review.

Review decisions are based on listing details, chat records, and available evidence.

Returns & Refunds for Direct MoMo Payments

For direct Mobile Money payments, funds are sent to the seller directly. Refunds depend on the seller issuing a direct refund to you.

This is why escrow is strongly recommended when you want stronger dispute protection.
