  6. 6. Manage orders, communication, and support from your dashboard.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful listing details and current pricing.
  • Communicate respectfully and keep negotiation records in chat.
  • Deliver what was agreed and support valid buyer concerns.
  • Follow platform policies and applicable local laws.

Marketplace Rules

  • - Use accurate product titles, specs, condition, and pricing.
  • - Upload clear and honest product images that match the item being sold.
  • - Never post counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
  • - Respond to buyer messages promptly and professionally.
  • - Honor agreed prices, payment terms, and item condition.
  • - Disclose defects, missing accessories, or repair history upfront.
  • - Keep stock status updated to avoid failed orders.
  • - Do not request off-platform behavior that compromises buyer safety.
  • - Respect return outcomes for escrow transactions decided by platform review.
  • - Repeated violations may lead to listing removal, suspension, or account closure.

Policy Enforcement

EliselGh may remove listings or restrict seller privileges when policies are violated. Severe or repeated abuse can result in permanent account action.
