"User" means any individual or entity accessing the Platform, including buyers and sellers.

"Buyer" means any User purchasing goods or services.

"Transaction" means any exchange between Buyer and Seller facilitated through the Platform.

Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and lawful.

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

eliselgh operates strictly as an intermediary technology platform connecting Buyers and Sellers.

The Company does not own, manufacture, or sell listed products or services.

The Company does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or delivery of goods or services.

The Company does not act as an agent, representative, or fiduciary of any User.

All Transactions are strictly between Users, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.

The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations.

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.

Users agree not to post illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or infringing content.

Users agree not to interfere with the integrity or security of the Platform.

Users agree not to circumvent escrow, payment, or platform systems.

Violation may result in immediate suspension and legal action where applicable.

The Platform may provide escrow services for selected Transactions.

Funds may be held in escrow until delivery is confirmed by the Buyer or conditions agreed between parties are satisfied.

The Company reserves full discretion to release, hold, or refund escrow funds.

The Company reserves full discretion to investigate disputes before disbursement.

Escrow does not constitute banking or fiduciary services.

All payments must be processed through approved Platform channels.

Users are strictly prohibited from conducting off-platform payments intended to bypass Platform protections.

Fees, commissions, or service charges (if applicable) will be disclosed prior to Transaction confirmation.

Users agree to first attempt resolution through Platform support mechanisms.

The Company may, at its discretion, mediate disputes involving escrow Transactions.

The Company’s decision in dispute resolution processes shall be final to the extent permitted by law.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to branding, design, code, and content, are owned by or licensed to eliselgh.

Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing Platform materials without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eliselgh shall not be liable for losses arising from user-to-user Transactions.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international e-commerce principles, emphasizing transparency, trust, and consumer protection, subject to local jurisdictional requirements where applicable.
